I still have a lot of work to do on the splitting, but overall I am happy with the race. Although, excited to go back to practice and train hard before World Trials!

Hey girlfriend!!!!!!!! i thought you were sick. You had another great swim! And just think yuou weren't the last to the wall in fly. You look real strong. Congratulations! Talk to you when you get back home i guess as the skyping is not satisfying.
